What Is CJC-1295?

CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted analogue of GHRH(1-29) with additional modifications including a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) — a maleimide-modified lysine that covalently binds serum albumin, extending half-life from ~30 minutes to 6–8 days. It stimulates pituitary GH release by binding GHRHR.

Schlüsselmechanismen

  • GHRHR agonism — stimulates pituitary somatotroph cells to release GH in physiological pulses
  • Sustained GH elevation — DAC technology enables once-weekly dosing while preserving pulsatile release
  • IGF-1 induction — elevated GH drives hepatic IGF-1 production via JAK2/STAT5b

Stapeln

Most commonly combined with Ipamorelin — CJC-1295 amplifies GH pulse amplitude (GHRH pathway) while Ipamorelin increases GH pulse frequency (GHSR/ghrelin pathway) without cortisol/prolactin elevation.
