Long-acting GHRH analogue. Stimulates pituitary GH release in pulses. Combined with Ipamorelin for synergistic GH secretion. DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) extends half-life from 30 min to 6–8 days.
GHRH analogue with DAC technology
CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted analogue of GHRH(1-29) with additional modifications including a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) — a maleimide-modified lysine that covalently binds serum albumin, extending half-life from ~30 minutes to 6–8 days. It stimulates pituitary GH release by binding GHRHR.
Most commonly combined with Ipamorelin — CJC-1295 amplifies GH pulse amplitude (GHRH pathway) while Ipamorelin increases GH pulse frequency (GHSR/ghrelin pathway) without cortisol/prolactin elevation.
