Growth Hormone
Ipamorelin
Selective GHRP
Selective GH secretagogue. Stimulates GH release without elevating cortisol or prolactin — cleaner GH stimulus than older GHRPs. Stack with CJC-1295 for synergistic GH amplification.

What Is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) that agonises the GHSR-1a (ghrelin receptor) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Unlike GHRP-6 and GHRP-2, ipamorelin does not significantly elevate cortisol, ACTH, or prolactin — making it the cleanest GHRP for research use.
Key Mechanisms
- GHSR-1a agonism — stimulates pituitary GH secretion in a dose-dependent manner
- Pulse frequency increase — increases the frequency of natural GH pulses without disrupting the pulsatile pattern
- Ghrelin-independent selectivity — no significant cortisol or prolactin release at research doses
