About this compound
What Is GLOW?
GLOW is a three-component research blend, co-lyophilized in a single vial. It combines a copper tripeptide with two of the most-cited regenerative peptides in soft-tissue literature, targeting the dermal and repair pathways simultaneously rather than in sequence.
The Three Components
- GHK-Cu — naturally occurring copper tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys + Cu²⁺) with documented effects on collagen and elastin synthesis, extracellular-matrix remodelling, and antioxidant gene expression
- TB-500 — synthetic fragment of thymosin β4 that sequesters G-actin, driving cell migration, endothelial differentiation and angiogenesis
- BPC-157 — pentadecapeptide from gastric juice acting via the FAK-paxillin pathway, VEGF upregulation and NF-κB inhibition across tendon, muscle, gut and vascular tissue
Why the Combination
The three peptides operate on complementary stages of tissue remodelling: GHK-Cu supplies the matrix-construction signal, TB-500 mobilises the cells and builds the vasculature to reach the site, and BPC-157 provides the growth-factor and anti-inflammatory signalling that sustains the process. GLOW is the dermal- and repair-focused formulation; KLOW adds KPV where inflammatory suppression is also required.
Research Applications
- Dermal remodelling and skin-quality research
- Tendon, ligament and soft-tissue repair models
- Angiogenesis and microvascular studies
- Post-injury and post-surgical recovery protocols
Handling
Supplied co-lyophilized in a single vial. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Contains a copper peptide — protect from light. Store the sealed vial at 2–8 °C; refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 28 days.
Supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption.
