About this compound
What Is KLOW?
KLOW is a four-component research blend, co-lyophilized in a single vial. It takes the three peptides of the GLOW formulation — GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 — and adds KPV, the anti-inflammatory C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH.
The Four Components
- GHK-Cu — copper tripeptide driving collagen synthesis, extracellular-matrix remodelling and antioxidant gene expression
- TB-500 — thymosin β4 fragment governing actin sequestration, cell migration and angiogenesis
- BPC-157 — pentadecapeptide acting through the FAK-paxillin pathway and VEGF upregulation for multi-tissue repair
- KPV — α-MSH fragment inhibiting NF-κB translocation and suppressing TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 at epithelial surfaces
Why the Combination
Each component addresses a different layer of the repair process: matrix construction (GHK-Cu), cell migration and new vasculature (TB-500), cellular signalling and angiogenic drive (BPC-157), and suppression of the inflammatory signalling that otherwise slows all three (KPV). KLOW is the choice for protocols where inflammatory load is the variable of interest alongside tissue remodelling — the addition KLOW makes over GLOW.
Research Applications
- Multi-tissue repair and wound-healing models
- Dermal remodelling and angiogenesis
- Mucosal and epithelial inflammation
- Combined anti-inflammatory and regenerative protocols
Handling
Supplied co-lyophilized in a single vial. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Contains a copper peptide — protect from light. Store the sealed vial at 2–8 °C; refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 28 days.
Supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption.
